Fix the simple stuff first.

Most load or performance problems are quick to rule out. If the basics do not help, jump into Discord and open a ticket.

Quick fixes

Try these before opening a ticket. They cover the most common things that stop a script from loading properly.

Check the Status page first. If Roblox has just updated, give Aetherium a little time before retrying. Rejoining the game and restarting your setup can also clear old session state.

Check your Roblox graphics level, FPS and anything else running in the background. If the game itself is already struggling, lower heavier visual settings first and test again.

Make sure your internet connection is stable and that you are loading it in a supported game. If the Status page says the game is current, fully close Roblox, reopen it and try once more.

Copy the key again without extra spaces at the start or end. If it is a timed key, check that it has not expired. If it still fails, open a ticket and include the exact error shown.

Try it in a fresh server first. If only one game or one feature is affected, include that game name, the feature name and what you expected to happen when you contact support.

Make sure your browser is allowed to open Discord links. If the app does not open automatically, the same link should still work in Discord's web version after you sign in.
